MMOART and its artist(s) in no way claim ownership to the characters that are illustrated. All character image rights are owned by the associated gaming entities. In regard to all artwork, including but not limited to the original hard copies that may be delivered to the client, the following rights are reserved: (1) The intellectual copyrights of all artwork produced, and the right to object to any infringement of said copyrights, (2) The right to re-use any and all artwork produced for marketing purposes, and (3) The moral rights to (a) be identified as the creator(s) and artist(s) should any artwork copies be issued to any party outside of the client, (b) object to any reproduction of any image without expressed consent, including but not limited to any person who performs any artistic process whatsoever over the completed artwork without expressed consent from MMOART and its artist(s), and to (c) object to all derogatory treatment of the works which amounts to a distortion, mutilation, misrepresentation, or is otherwise prejudicial to the honor or reputation of the artist(s) and/or MMOART.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due before any artwork will begin. The remaining balance will be due upon completion, along with any shipping & handling fees. Gift certificates must be paid in full before any artwork begins. Artwork fees are processed through PayPal. However new customers are no longer required to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. Other payment arrangements (such as cashier's check or money order) can be made by contacting sales@mmoart.com.
100% Satisfaction and artwork delivery is guaranteed. However there may be a significant wait. Be advised that turnaround times depend entirely on the complexity of each artwork request and the number of pending orders already in queue.
All clients must submit to an agreement to this effect before their order will be accepted.
